Pretty Prairie and Nickerson placed first and second in the team standings at the Pretty Prairie Varsity Invitational Monday at the Links at Pretty Prairie.
Pretty Prairie fired a 378 score and had five golfers finish in the top 11. Nickerson placed four golfers in the top 14 and finished second with a 382 score.
Stafford placed third with a 395 score, followed by Canton-Galva 405, Kingman 474 and St.John-Hudson 483.
Stafford’s Jace Kreutzer captured first-place medalist honors with an 11-over-par 83. Nickerson’s Jacob Myers placed second with an 88. Pretty Prairie’s Dawson Dick placed third with an 89.
Pretty Prairie’s Eli Anderson placed sixth with a 95, followed by Collin Weide, seventh, 97; Eli Young, eighth, 97; and Weston Lanning, 11th, 98.
Nickerson’s Lane Hopkinson placed fifth, 93; Gage Hopkinson, 12th, 100; Kyler Nikkel, 14th, 101; Trey Jones, 19th, 111; and Shamus Nugent, 23rd, 115.
