The Pretty Prairie High School girls track team placed second at the St. John-Hudson Keith Blide Invitational Friday.
The Bulldog girls scored 65 points and the boys scored 54 points.
Central Plains High School swept the team titles. The Oiler girls scored 165 points and the boys scored 112 points.
First-place finishers for the Pretty Prairie girls were Carolyn Anderson, discus (107 feet, 8 inches); 4×800 relay (11 minutes, 27.45 seconds; Amity White, 1600 (5:52.96); and Lauren Detter, 400 (1:00.21).
Second-place finishers for the Bulldog girls were Ava Goering, high jump (4-10); and Brennan Schrag, 800 (2:43.72).
The Pretty Prairie boys 4×800 relay placed first with a time of 9:19.85.
Second-place finishers for the Bulldog boys were Gunner Young, high jump (5-6); Ty McCullough, javelin (139-10). Carter Stucky placed third in the javelin (128-11).
