The Hutchinson Central Christian volleyball team won the championship of the Kansas Class 1A Division II regional on its home floor Tuesday night.
The Cougars, who won their 29th and 30th matches of the season, defeated Natoma 25-7, 25-5 and Logan 15-16, 25-5. Logan defeated Natoma 25-19, 25-12.
Central Christian and Natoma advanced to Saturday’s Class 1A sub-state round.
