Inman is second, Moundridge sixth, Thomas More Prep-Marian ninth and Medicine Lodge 10th.
The Ad Astra Radio area is well-represented in the KVA poll:
• Great Bend is ranked sixth in Class 5A.
• Andale is ranked fourth and McPherson seventh in Class 4A.
• Hoisington is ranked, Halstead fourth, Hesston sixth and Cheney seventh in Class 3A.
• Goessel is ranked third, Little River fourth and St. John-Hudson ninth in Class 1A Division I.
• Argonia is ranked seventh, Victoria eighth and Hutchinson Central Christian ninth in Class 1A Division II.
• In addition to Ellinwood in Class 2A, other No. 1-ranked teams in the KVA poll are Blue Valley West, Class 6A; St. Thomas Aquinas, Class 5A; Shawnee Mission Bishop Miege, Class 4A; Silver Lake, Class 3A; Centralia, Class 1A Division I; and Linn, Class 1A Division II.
• In addition to Hoisington in Class 3A and Inman in Class 2A, other No. 2-ranked teams are Mill Valley, Class 6A; Lenexa-St. James Academy, Class 5A; Topeka Hayden, Class 4A; South Gray, Class 1A Division I; and Axtell, Class 1A Division II.
