Reno County schools Hutchinson Central Christian, Pretty Prairie and Fairfield placed players on the 2025 Heart of the Plains All-League Volleyball Team.
Hutchinson Central juniors Avery Kauffman and Reese Swanson were named to the First Team along with Fairfield’s Kenley Fowler and Pretty Prairie’s Kayleigh Vogt and Amity White.
Central Christian’s Townsly Huff and Lexie Miller and Pretty Prairie’s Ava White were honorable mention selections.
Amity and Ava White also helped lead the Pretty Prairie girls cross country team to a sixth-place showing at the Class 1A state meet Saturday. Amity White placed 13th.
