Ad Astra Radio is proud to announce Hutchinson High School sophomore Max Harris as this week’s Athlete of the Week!
The week – Harris had a great performance in representing Team Kansas at the Cadet National Duals in Herriman, Utah. Harris first went 6-0 in Greco-Roman in the 165-pound division, winning all six matches by fall or technical fall and landing on the all-tournament team. Team Kansas finished 10th out of 32 states. Harris also went 2-2 in freestyle matches.
The season – Harris, who also plays football, had a strong sophomore season for the Salthawks, winning more than 30 matches and finishing third at the Class 5A state meet at 157 pounds.
