Sports in Kansas released its Class 3A All-State Baseball Team Thursday.
Cheney High School’s Reece Tolar, Hunter Cox and Kaden Eck were named to the First Team.
Ellinwood’s Cohen Gunn and Banks Jacobs were named to the Second Team as were Haven High School’s Brogan Wray, Southeast of Saline’s Kayson Bertrand and Tiernan Ptacek and Smoky Valley’s Ty Heitschmidt.
Russell/Victoria’s Max Evans was named SIK’s 3A Player of the Year, Girard’s Kam Smith was a repeat winner as 3A Pitcher of the Year and Girard’s Bob Fornelli was named Coach of the Year.
