The Kansas Association of Baseball Coaches released their all-state teams for 2026. Many area athletes were recognized for the outstanding play this past season.
The highlight from the area was the selection of Trinity Catholic Drew Dechant as the Pitcher of the Year in 2-1A. You can find the full story on the 2-1A selections here: KABC 2-1A All-State Baseball.
In Class 3A, Reece Tolar (P), Hunter Cox (Middle IF) and Kaden Eck (DH) of Cheney were first team picks. Haven’s Preston Inlow (P) and Brogan Wray (Middle IF) were honorable mention selections, as was Hesston’s Gabe Mowry (3B).
In 4A, Noah Stanley (Middle IF) was on the honorable mention list.
