RENO COUNTY, Kan. — Tuesday is the deadline to register to vote in the Nov. 7 city and school elections around the area. This includes the special questions in McPherson and Reno counties to eliminate the 30 percent food sales requirement for liquor by the drink, the McPherson USD 418 bond issue, and questions in Pretty Prairie and The Highlands. Advance voting will begin in some counties Wednesday, though in Reno County that won’t be until Tuesday Oct. 23.
