Arthur Floyd “Art” Henry, Jr., 94, died December 11, 2024, at Legend of Hutchinson. He was born May 27, 1930, in Sterling, to Arthur Floyd and Helen (Northey) Henry.

William R. ‘Bill’ Bower, 90, of Hutchinson, died peacefully on December 11, 2024, at his home. He was born November 12, 1934, in Toledo, Oregon, the son of Harold and Hazel (Powell) Bower.

Charles Edward Cohee, 34 passed away unexpectedly at his home in Independence, Kansas on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.

Thomas Dale Hebb, age 72, passed away December 12, 2024 at Newman Regional Hospital in Emporia, KS.

Wallace "Wally" Lee Love Jr. passed away on Monday, December 9, 2024 at his home in Chanute, Kansas. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Countryside Funeral Home and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

Ruth Ann Steele, age 80 of Howard, KS passed away December 11, 2024 at her home.

Ruth Ellen Whiteside-Wright, 72 of Neodesha, Kansas went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.

Charles Muse was born September 9, 1934 to J. Kenneth and Agnes (Ayers) Muse in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In September of 1935, the family moved near McPherson, Kansas, where they operated a dairy farm. In August of 1945, they moved into McPherson, where Charles was in the 7th grade. In March of 1946, they moved to Marion, Kansas, where Charles graduated from high school in 1951. Charles had a sister, Jean, who was 2 years older than him. When Charles was 14, his younger brother, John Edward, died of pneumonia when he was nearly 2 years old. The oldest daughter in the family, Joyce, die when she was 2 days old.

Donald Ray Goodfellow, (Dec. 21, 1932-Dec. 12, 2024): a man after God’s heart, family man, musician, athlete, poet, hardworking farmer. Don passed away after a brief stay in the Lyons Hospital from multiple organ failure.

Arthur P. “Art” Strube, 79, formerly of Claflin died December 11, 2024, at Good Samaritan Society – Hutchinson Village. He was born December 14, 1944, in Great Bend, to Benjamin T. and Thelma E. (Jacobs) Strube.

Christabelle “Chris” DeWald-Bickle, 96, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2024, surrounded by loving family at Ascension Via Christi Village in Hays, Kansas. She was born on May 31, 1928, in Hoisington, Kansas, the daughter of Christian and Marie Elizabeth (Karst) Kramer. Chris was baptized on June 6, 1928, and confirmed in the Christian faith on April 18, 1943.
