HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Police Department Traffic Unit informed the public this afternoon that traffic moving east and westbound on W 4th Avenue at N Washington Street may proceed through the intersection without stopping. This comes after the recent removal of the traffic signal at 4th Ave and Washington St.
North and southbound traffic at the intersection must follow the posted stop sign, then proceed after yielding to all east and westbound traffic.
