Kaitlyn Gates joins the team as Director of Marketing and Development for TECH

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Kaitlyn Gates has been hired as Director of Marketing and Development for TECH, Inc. Prior to joining TECH, Kaitlyn held several key positions in marketing and non-profit organizations. In 2020, she served as a Digital Media Specialist at Blue Tangerine, where she directed digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Her innovative approaches and dedication to achieving results were evident in the growth of her client’s success.
In 2021, Kaitlyn transitioned to Colonial Gardens, assuming the role of Digital Specialist/Interim Marketing Manager. During her time there, she played a pivotal role in driving the company’s marketing initiatives forward, contributing significantly to its growth and success.
Most recently, in 2023, Kaitlyn served as the Development Coordinator for Big Brothers and Sisters – Reno County. In this capacity, she oversaw various fundraising campaigns and development efforts, fostering valuable relationships within the Reno County community and securing vital support for the organization’s mission.
