HUTCHINSON, Kan. – Students from across Reno County will compete in the Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge on March 10, 2026, at the Stringer Fine Arts Center. These young entrepreneurs will pitch their businesses to a panel of judges and participate in a tradeshow to show off their innovative ideas.
The Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge includes two events:
- Pitch Contests at 9 AM
- Trade Show at 12 PM
Student Deadline to Register: February 6, 2026
Student Executive Summary Submission Deadline is due February 24, 2026

Community members can get involved as sponsors who support the Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge, as participants on the judge panel for the Pitch Contest, or by visiting the Trade Show to see the next generation of entrepreneurs.
The Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge is presented by StartUp Hutch with support from Kansas State University, Network Kansas, and K-State Research and Extension.
