HARPER COUNTY, Kan. – The Harper Police Department requested the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) issue a statewide Silver Alert for a missing Harper man.
The whereabouts of 73-year-old David L. Reese, are unknown, and the public’s assistance is requested to help locate him.
Reese is believed to be driving a white Chevy Silverado bearing Kansas tag 885NEW.
Reese was last seen on Thursday evening, Aug. 1, but investigators believe he was driving southbound on U.S. Highway 281 near Medicine Lodge, on Friday morning around 7:40 a.m.
Kraft is a white male who is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs around 250 pounds. He has brown eyes, a white beard, and is balding. He may be traveling with a chocolate Labrador retriever, and is likely wearing a baseball cap. Reese has diabetes, anxiety, and a condition impairing cognition and memory.
