McPHERSON, Kan. — Peoples Bank and Trust is pleased to announce the promotions of Brad Bengtson to Market President and Katy Aichele to Branch President of both McPherson locations.
Brad Bengtson, who has been with Peoples Bank and Trust for two years, brings more than 20 years of experience in community banking to his new role. As Market President, Brad will oversee branches in Barton, McPherson, Ness, Rice, and Rush counties.
“Brad has proven himself to be a great leader and coach to our employees,” said Bryce Brewer, President of Peoples Bank and Trust. “Brad is very involved in our community. He understands the needs of our customers and is excited to continue to grow Peoples Bank and Trust in our communities.”
Brad holds a degree in Business Management from Bethany College. He and his family are actively involved in youth sports and enjoy staying busy year-round.
Katy Aichele, who joined Peoples Bank and Trust last year, has been promoted to Branch President of both McPherson branches. With 15 years of banking experience, Katy has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service and a passion for helping others reach their financial goals.
Katy earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University. She serves on the Finance Committee of the McPherson County Community Foundation, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her son—fishing, golfing, or exploring.
“Katy knows McPherson well and has built strong relationships in the community. Her leadership skills will be a valuable asset in her new role,” said Brewer.
