McPHERSON, Kan. — McPherson Fire Chief TJ Wyssmann has been placed on administrative leave.
Mayor Tom Brown confirmed to Ad Astra News in an email Friday morning, in the wake of a number of rumors around the community regarding Wyssmann’s status.
Division Operation Chief Seth Graham, in close coordination with Division Chief Matt Kangas, are keeping the McPherson Fire Department running smoothly.
Circumstances regarding what led to Wyssmann being placed on leave are not known, however Mayor Brown said in the email “The process is working.”
