LYONS, Kan. — The Lyons Public Golf Course (LPGC) has several events and tournaments coming up soon and sent out a 2024 schedule and a league registration to remind members to sign up before May 8.
Staff from the course shared that they will be closing early at 3 p.m. tomorrow (April 23) for a tournament hosted by Lyons High School JV.
LPGC is hosting the Rice County Hospital tournament and the Putt 4 Duck on May 3 and May 4 so the course will be closed for public play on those dates as well.
The Member/Guest tournament that was originally scheduled for May 18 will be moved to June 29. Staff shared that more information will be provided at a later date about the tournament.
