The city of Lindsborg is making plans for a community-wide limb pickup next week. City Crews are currently working to clear streets and restore essential services, and once that’s out of the way they’ll start on the community pickup.

Residents are being asked to have all limbs at curbside by 7:30 AM Monday, June 15th, and placed so they won’t block sidewalks or streets, cut into manageable lengths of 12 feet or less

This correction is only for tree limbs and does not include construction debris, leaves, bagged materials or other yard waste. Also be aware the city will not be responsible for any damage to sprinkler heads, lawn ruts, or any other impacts connected with equipment being used.

Collection will start in the northwest quadrant of Lindsborg, west of Main and north of Lincoln, and rotate counterclockwise through the city, with one pass per street. This collection could take several days as crews will be balancing storm cleanup with their regular duties.
