MOUNDRIDGE, Kan. – Dan Meers, who is better known as KC Wolf the mascot of the Kansas City Chiefs, will be speaking at events next week in Moundridge and Salina.
Meers, who has been the Chiefs’ mascot for over 30 years and is a noted motivational speaker and author, will be the featured speaker for the Pine Village Anchors Banquet on Wednesday, May 3rd at 6 p.m. at their Wellness Center south of Moundridge.
The meal for the evening is being catered by Carriage Crossing, and tickets are $100 each. They can be ordered by calling (620) 345-2901, extension 224.
Meers will also be speaking at the Salina Area Prayer Breakfast on May 4th at 6:30 a.m. at Kansas Wesleyan University’s Mabee Arena. This event also includes a program of prayer, music from several local groups, and scripture.
