Hutchinson Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Remains of Woman Found in January

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the remains of a woman who was found January 2nd in the 1600 block of East First.

Forensic analysis indicates the body is believed to be that of a Caucasian female, likely over the age of 50 with wavy or slightly curly brown hair with gray streaks. The condition of the remains suggested she may have died six months to a year prior to being discovered.

A dental examination indicated significant issues, including severely worn, fractured and decayed teeth, a detail that may help in identifying her.
