HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Police have released the identity of a body found on January 2, 2025, as that of a missing woman.
Dental records were used to identify her as that of Kimberly Dawn Barnes. Barnes, who grew up in McPherson, had been reported missing in July 2024.
Based on autopsy findings and available evidence, there is no indication of criminal activity.
