HUTCHINSON, Kan. (September 3, 2025) – The Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce will host a public forum for candidates running in the upcoming Hutchinson City Council election. The forum will take place on Thursday, October 2, at 6:00 p.m. at the Hutchinson Community College Stringer Fine Arts Center, 600 E 11th Ave.
- Participating candidates include:
• Southwest District: Greg Fast and Kaden Winters
• Northwest District: Stacy Goss and Devon Reese
• Council At-Large: Carlton “Duke” DeVaul and Darrin Truan
The forum will be moderated by Debra Teufel. Candidates will provide opening and closing statements and take part in a timed question-and-answer session to ensure a fair and engaging discussion. Audience members may submit questions in advance by emailing [email protected].
This event is free and open to the public. Both Chamber members and community residents are encouraged to attend.
