Fox Theatre Honors Veterans with Free Popcorn During Veterans Film Series

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson’s Historic Fox Theatre is proud to honor all veterans with a special Veterans Film Series, sponsored by the Vieyra Honors Foundation. Veterans and service members attending the series will receive one small free popcorn as a small token of appreciation for their service.

The film series will feature the following screenings:

  • November 7 – Patton at 7:00 PM
  • November 8 – The Patriot at 2:00 PM
  • November 8 – Good Morning, Vietnam at 7:00 PM
  • November 9 – Hacksaw Ridge at 2:00 PM
  • November 11 – American Sniper at 7:00 PM

Marla Booher, founder and president of the Vieyra Honors Foundation, shared, “Our veterans have given so much to both our community and our country. This series is our way of honoring their service and sacrifice while celebrating the inspiring stories of their courage and dedication.”

The Vieyra Honors Foundation is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring members of the community who have made a positive impact. Its mission is to support veterans’ programs in Reno County by providing resources through fundraising and awareness initiatives, with a vision to honor all who have served from the area.
