SALINA, Kan. — Five teens were injured when their car went off an exit ramp at the I-70/135 interchange northwest of Salina Tuesday evening.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Zackary Vaughn of Salina was driving at a high rate of speed as he was exiting westbound I-70 to go south of I-135 when he was unable to negotiate the curb and went into the ditch.
Vaughn and passengers Xajavier Gray, Chad Bennett, and Jayden Ray of Salina and Logan Picking of Burrton were taken to Salina Regional Health Center with reported minor injuries.
