HUTCHINSON, Kansas – June 11, 2025 – After months of dedicated renovation work, Dillons Marketplace at 3200 Plaza E Dr. in Hutchinson is officially unveiling its newly remodeled store — and it’s time to celebrate. The multi-million-dollar renovation project is now complete, delivering a fresh new shopping experience to customers with expanded offerings, modern design upgrades, and a renewed commitment to hometown service.
Originally opened in 2013, this transformation marks a major milestone for the store and is part of Dillons’ ongoing investment in the Hutchinson community, which it has proudly served since 1921.
Key enhancements at the newly renovated Dillons Marketplace include:
- Murray’s Cheese Shop: Featuring an expanded selection of domestic and imported specialty cheeses, along with an olive and antipasto bar.
- Fresh Sushi Kiosk: Hand-rolled sushi made fresh daily.
- Garden-Fresh Produce Expansion: Including more organic items and a brand-new salad bar.
- Updated Grocery and Frozen Departments: With an emphasis on high-quality store brands, Kroger Our Brands lines.

Dillons Marketplace will officially celebrate its grand re-opening on Friday, June 13, 2025, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony beginning at 10:00 AM. Festivities will continue throughout the weekend, inviting the community to explore the updated store with:
