HUTCHINSON, Kan. (November 17, 2025) — The City of Hutchinson Public Works Department will be downtown this week during Third Thursday to help support the Food Bank of Reno County through a special “Fill A Bucket” donation drive.
Public Works staff will be accepting food donations in the parking area on the south side of DCI Park on 2nd Avenue throughout the event.
The Food Bank has shared that there is a particular need for cereal, soups, canned chicken, pancake mix, and syrups.
Residents are encouraged to stop by, say hello to Public Works staff, and help “fill a bucket” to make a difference for local families this holiday season.
