One person is recovering after a home exploded and caught fire in Harvey County Tuesday night.
Newton Fire and EMS found the victim with burns and a fire in the basement. The person was taken to a Wichita hospital.
Crews put out the fire, which left moderate damage. The cause of the explosion and fire remains under investigation.
