HUTCHINSON, Kan. – The Boys & Girls Clubs of Hutchinson are saying goodbye to two board members and welcoming two new members. Boys & Girls Clubs of Hutchinson expresses sincere thanks to departing board members Dale Snell and Jessica Woodyard for their dedicated years of service. During his tenure as board chair, Dale consistently brought thoughtful questions to the table and facilitated difficult discussions. Jessica contributed valuable experience in marketing and public relations. We appreciate their significant contributions and wish them well in their future endeavors.

New Board Members:

Daijah Fuller: The Account Resolution Manager for Heartland Credit Union since 2021, Daijah, has been actively involved in leadership initiatives over the past two years, including participation in the Kansas Leadership Center (KLC) and graduating from Leadership Reno County. In 2022, Daijah assumed the role of commissioner for the Human Relation Commission, demonstrating a commitment to fostering inclusivity in Hutchinson.

As a club alumni and parent, Daijah maintains a strong connection to the Club. Motivated by a desire to contribute actively to the future of the community’s youth, she joined with the intention of spreading awareness about the myriad opportunities the Club offers in Hutchinson. Dedicated and enthusiastic, Daijah is poised to make a meaningful impact as a committed member of the community.

Stephanie Trumpp: The Director of Human Resources at Summit Surgical, Stephanie, plays a pivotal role in shaping organizational health, culture, and employee engagement. Originally from Arlington, KS, Stephanie relocated to Denver after completing studies at Kansas State University and later returned to Hutchinson with her family in 2016.

With a dual connection to the Boys & Girls Club, both personally and professionally, Stephanie’s children actively participate in the Club’s summer programs, while her oldest daughter has taken on a role as a vision leader. Summit Surgical, where Stephanie is employed, proudly supports the Club as
a Blue Team member and Epic Skillz partner.

Motivated by a belief in the future success of Hutchinson’s emerging leaders – the youth in the community – Stephanie has joined the board, aiming to contribute to the development and prosperity of the city.
