HUTCHINSON, Kan. – The African Children’s Choir will perform their “Just As I Am” hymns tour at a free concert at Grace Bible Church on Friday, March 17 at 7:00 pm. Grace Bible Church is located at 1221 E. 33rd Ave in Hutchinson. A free-will offering will follow the Choir’s concert.
The African Children’s Choir combines charming smiles, beautiful voices and lively African songs and dances. The “Just As I Am” tour showcases traditional hymns with traditional African cultural sounds to celebrate a stunning visual story of God’s faithfulness. This is the Choir’s first tour stop in Hutchinson. Their Hutchinson performance has been in the works since before 2020, when it was sidelined by the pandemic.
The free-will offering will help support the Music for Life Institute, which has orchestrated the ACC for 34 years. Music for Life (MFL) has relief and development programs in seven African countries and has, to date, educated more than 52,000 children, positively affecting hundreds of lives by their international programs.
