The top six vote getters move to the general election. Kolhoff and Miller are the incumbent Commissioners up this year, with Trevor Witt not seeking re-election. Miller is the current vice-mayor. Just under 19% of Abilene’s 4,603 registered voters cast ballots in Tuesday’s primary.Â
