HUTCHINSON, Kan. – United Way of Reno County is pleased to announce the promotion of Valerie Taylor to the role of Community Impact Coordinator. Prior to this, Valerie was the program manager for Reno Connections through United Way in partnership with the Hutchinson Public Library.
The Community Impact Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing initiatives within the UWRC’s focus of education, income stability and health using the principles of collective impact. Valerie will be working to build relationships with community partners to understand the needs of the community. Her work will be to engage local non-profit, interfaith, business, government, and community leaders to help us make progress as a community on priority issues.
