MANHATTAN, Kan. (247sports.com) – Villanova transfer Brendan Hausen has committed to Kansas State, a source tells 247Sports.

A 6-foot-4, 205-pound guard out of Amarillo (Texas) Hausen averaged 6.2 points and 1.6 rebounds per game on 38.1 percent shooting from long range.

He chose the Wildcats after reportedly hearing from Texas A&M, Wake Forest, and other high major programs.

Hausen is the third transfer portal addition for Jerome Tang this spring. He joins Dug McDaniel and CJ Jones as the transfers on Kansas State’s roster for next season.

Ranked as a four-star prospect in the 247Sports college basketball transfer portal rankings, Hausen has two years of eligibility remaining.

The transfer portal opened on March 18th and will remain open until Wednesday, May 1st.

Anytime during that window, a player can submit paperwork to their current school to request a transfer and within 48-hours of receiving the paperwork, a player must be submitted into the NCAA Portal database.
