IOLA — Allen Community College will introduce its 2026-27 basketball teams while offering Halloween activities for families during its annual Halloween Madness event Thursday, Oct. 29, in the Allen Gym.
The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with table-or-treat activities, giving children an opportunity to collect candy before the basketball showcase starts at 7 p.m. Members of Allen’s men’s and women’s basketball teams will participate, with a 3-point contest, dunk contest and special competitions for children also planned.
The event gives fans an early look at the Red Devils while providing an opportunity to meet student-athletes and celebrate the upcoming season.
Allen head baseball coach Trey Harris said student-athletes and coaches look forward to connecting with the community through an evening that brings families, students and fans together.
Admission is free, and attendees are encouraged to wear costumes and participate in the activities.
