The Friends of the River Foundation is inviting you to join the Fall Fix-Up community day of service in Salina. The event takes place Saturday, October 3rd, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Salina Rescue Mission, 1716 Summers Road.
You can help clear garden beds, pick up litter, paint sheds, and clean pantries. Organizers welcome groups and individuals. This is a chance to work side by side and support people in need.
Arrive ready to work, and the organizers will provide supplies and direction. For more information, contact the Friends of the River Foundation or visit the Salina Rescue Mission’s website.
