Titan Thunder will host a family and community tailgate Friday ahead of Southern Coffey County’s home football opener against Centre. The event begins at 6 p.m., with kickoff scheduled for 7 p.m.
The tailgate will feature music, activities, a bounce house and face painting by SCCMS cheerleaders, along with food and drinks available at the Junior Stand. A 50/50 raffle will be held, with the winner announced at halftime, and drink vouchers will be given to the first 20 people to arrive.
The event is open to the entire USD 245 LeRoy-Gridley community, including visiting fans, and no outside food or drinks will be allowed. SCC students receive free admission to the game, making the tailgate and home opener an opportunity for families to enjoy an evening of football and community activities.
