Authorities in Salina are investigating a sexual assault following allegations of domestic violence involving a woman and a 45-year-old man.
Police say a woman reported last week that Clayton Sowers sexually assaulted her on August 29th. She also reported that a day later, Sowers grabbed her and threw her to the ground during an argument.
Sowers was arrested and booked into the Saline County Jail on several charges that could include rape, domestic battery, and criminal restraint.
