Registration is now open for the Iola Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual Trunk or Treat event, set for Saturday, Oct. 31, at Riverside Park in Iola. The Halloween celebration will run from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and will offer local families a chance to enjoy an afternoon of trick-or-treating.
Businesses, organizations, families and community members are invited to decorate a trunk and participate in the event. Organizers are encouraging participants to get creative and help make Halloween a fun and spooky experience for local children.
