The Sterling High School junior varsity girls tennis competed in the Pratt JV Invitational Tuesday at the Walter Blake Tennis Complex in Pratt.
Sterling’s No. 1 doubles team of Marah Kuhn and Liz Buchberger placed first, Natalie Williams placed second at No. 1 singles and the No. 2 doubles team of Aurora Schneider and Macie Gillespie placed third.
Other schools competing at the tournament were Pratt, Chaparral, Kingman, Kiowa County, Lyons, Maize, Maize South and St. John-Hudson.
