Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center and Clinics has been recognized by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as one of 250 hospitals nationwide to receive a five-star patient satisfaction rating.

The recognition is based on the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey, which measures patients’ experiences during a recent hospital stay. A five-star rating is the highest possible mark on the survey’s overall hospital rating measure.

Neosho Memorial officials say the recognition reflects the hospital’s continued commitment to providing quality care and a positive patient experience. The achievement was also highlighted in Becker’s Hospital Review.

CMS’ latest patient experience data was updated July 22 and made public Aug. 13. The ratings are based on surveys collected from Oct. 1, 2024, through Sept. 30, 2025.
