A Centerville man was killed early Thursday morning in a one vehicle crash in Linn County. The Kansas Highway Patrol identified the victim as 41-year-old Edward Schultz.
Shultz was southbound on Mills Road south of Tanglewood Lane, about 6.5 miles southwest of la Cygnes, when his vehicle left the roadway to the east an struck an embankment, causing it to overturn and come to rest on its top.
Schultz, who was not wearing seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
