Allen Community College will host an America 250 Fireworks Show celebration July 2, featuring American Legion baseball, family-friendly activities, food and a postgame fireworks display.
The event will include a doubleheader, with game one beginning at 6 p.m. and game two at 8 p.m. Admission to the games is $5 for adults, while children are admitted free.
Fireworks presented by Jake’s Fireworks will follow the conclusion of the second game.
Fans can enjoy a variety of family entertainment throughout the evening, including a bounce house and the opportunity for children to run the bases. Food will be available on-site, with concessions from Simply Soiree.
The celebration is presented by Allen Community College, American Legion Baseball and Jake’s Fireworks, with support from Iola Radio and Simply Soiree.
