McPHERSON, Kan. – After another AVCTL Division III league title and trip to the 4A State Tournament in 2026, the McPherson Bullpups were well-represented on the all-league softball team.
Junior Carmen Pavlovich was rewarded for her outstanding play on the mound and at the plate as she was named the league’s MVP. Also, finishing 21-8 in her first season as the head coach, Stephanie Patterson was the co-coach of the year in the league along with Mulvane’s Blake Springer.
Juniors Pera Bauer (OF) and Rylie Whitfield (SS) and freshman Annalis Gross (Utility) joined Pavlovich on the first team. Juniors Ashlyn Schroeder (1B) and Kynedi Huggard (OF) were second team picks.
Senior catcher Brooke Doile and junior outfielder Kadence Zaharis were on the honorable mention list for 2026.
