Ad Astra Radio is proud to announce Inman High School junior Taylor Froese as this week’s Athlete of the Week, presented by Hutchinson Community College.
The week – Froese had another big week in four Inman wins. The Teutons played Sterling and Remington and won all four games. Froese collected four hits, scored three runs and drove in two runs. Inman swept Sterling 9-0 and 12-2, and then swept Remington 4-0 and 8-0.
The season – Froese, a junior third baseman, is one of the best players for one of the best teams in Kansas. Inman is 20-1, and Froese is batting .531. She also has a .620 on base percentage and is slugging .875. Froese has 34 hits, 28 RBIs and has scored 37 runs.
