HOBBS, N.M. — Hesston College freshman Kory Meireis earned All-Conference First Team honors at the Continental Athletic Conference Championships, leading the Larks with a fifth-place finish.
Meireis (Fr., Kingman, Kan.) posted a three-round score of +19, pacing Hesston and helping the team secure a runner-up finish in the tournament. He was consistent throughout the event, finishing among the top five in a competitive field.
His performance at the conference meet capped a strong freshman season and highlighted his role as a key contributor for the Larks.
