The Buhler High School varsity girls soccer team shut out Augusta 3-0 Tuesday night at Augusta.
The Crusaders improved their record to 3-0-1.
Madi McCool scored two goals for the Crusaders and assisted on a goal by Camryn White. Taylin Krafels assisted on McCool’s first goal. Buhler goal keeper Bentley Roepka posted a clean sheet (shutout).
The Buhler junior varsity girls soccer also are 3-0-1 after battling Augusta to a 0-0 draw. Josie Cummins and the Crusader JV posted a strong defensive effort, said coach Randall Rank.
Buhler plays at Valley Center on Thursday. The Crusaders play at Mulvane on Monday, at Arkansas City on April 16 and hosts Wichita Collegiate on April 17.
