Ad Astra Radio is proud to announce Hutchinson High School senior Kohlbie Craft as this week’s Athlete of the Week, presented by Hutchinson Community College.
The week – Craft was smacking the ball to every field (with the exception of Wrigley), as Craft helped the Salthawks split a doubleheader with Buhler and sweep Andover. Craft had a .667 batting average in those four games, a .750 on-base percentage, five home runs, 14 RBIs and four walks. She also pitched nine innings and struck out 11 batters.
The season – Craft, a senior, is off to a powerful start for the Salthawks. She’s batting .529 through the first six games with a .652 on-base percentage. Craft has five home runs, 15 RBIs and has been walked six times.
