Fulton, Mo. The Bethany College Men’s Golf team took down the road to Fulton, Mo. to partake in the William Woods Spring Invitational hosted by William Woods University.
Unfortunately, the tournament got cut short to just a 18-hole event because of thunderstorms in the area on Tuesday.
As a team, the Swedes placed 4th, and had some great finishes at the event. Will Briggs would lead the Swedes finishing in 3rd place, shooting a 70 (2 under). Followed by Aiden Lynch‘s 9th place after a good 73 (1 over). Mads Hasenschwandnter would come in 28th place, after a round of 77 (5 over). Beckham Sanguras and Luke Tate would round up the Swedes team with placing 40th and 54th. Dylen Slusser would compete as the Individual finishing in 68th place after an 83 (11 over).
Briggs, Lynch, Hasenschwadnter, and Sanguras also managed to beat a few Division 1 players from the University of Missouri who competed as Individuals in the tournament.
