On March 15th, the Allen Community College Cheerleading program continued its rapid rise in Region 6, capturing both the Advanced COED and Intermediate All-Girl Conference Championships for the first time in program history.
These championships mark a defining moment for our program that has seen remarkable growth in a short period of time. Just one year ago, Allen Cheer was rebuilding with a limited roster. Today, the program proudly fields two full competitive teams, competing at a championship level in both divisions.
“Last year, we had six athletes and big goals. Now, we have two full teams competing at a high level. The growth of this program has been incredible, and it’s a direct result of the hard work and belief our athletes bring every single day. We’re proud of what we’ve built. We’re locked in and ready for Daytona in a few weeks,” said Nick Black, Head Cheer Coach
With conference titles secured, Allen Cheerleading now shifts its focus to the national stage. The team will travel to Daytona Beach, Florida April 8-11 to compete against top programs from across the country, carrying momentum and confidence into one of the most competitive environments in collegiate cheer.
