WICHITA, Kan. – Tabor College Softball made the quick turnaround a traveled down to Wichita to take on Friends in a mid-week conference doubleheader. Tuesday’s doubleheader came on the heels of a trip to Kansas City to face Avila on Saturday.

- With the loss, the Bluejays fall to 12-13 overall and 4-5 in KCAC play
- The game marked the 72nd all-time meeting between the two programs, dating back to 1980
- Friends owns a 60-12 record in the all-time series
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- Mylee Milne provided Tabor’s offense by way of a two-run homer in the top of the 5th inning, also scoring Brooklyn Alexander
- Jordan Smith threw a team-best two strikeouts during her time in the circle

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- Khily Brower and Reagan Hammons each hit a solo homerun, with Brower hitting hers in the top of the 3rd, while Hammons hit hers in the top of the 7th
- Hammons led the way offensively with two RBIs
- Candince Moreno-Hairabedian and Savannah Evans also recorded extra base hits, with each hitting a double

- The Bluejays are back in action on Saturday as they host Saint Mary. First pitch is scheduled for 1:00pm.
