HUTCHINSON, Kan. — United Way of Reno County (UWRC) is pleased to welcome Kate Irelan as its new Administrative Assistant.
A Hutchinson resident for 20 years, Irelan brings experience in marketing and administrative roles across both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. She is actively involved in the community, serving on local boards in roles ranging from volunteer management and fundraising to website content creation and bookkeeping. She also writes local stories for the Hutchinson Tribune.
A self-described lifelong learner, Irelan is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and strengthening the community—values that align closely with UWRC’s mission.
Outside of work, Irelan enjoys spending time with her daughter, Claire, and their two dogs, often traveling and exploring new places together. Her hobbies include gardening, hiking, making art and jewelry, and training dogs.
